Alldata Technical problems

Q:Thank you for your reply, I am familiar with alldata,my question was related to HDD is loaded with program and will you supply the installation disk. what is the spec and size of HDD.
also do you guys have similar thing for Michell ondemand or not.

A: Yeah, HDD is loaded with program; it contains three software: Mitchell, alldata 10.10, alldata _3_24.  The total memory is about 250GB. As for the installation disk, there is no need, the installation steps are included in HDD, the steps can not be more clear, but if you can not setup by yourself, we send you installation steps.

Michell ondemand5 is contained in 09mitchell file folder.

2. Required windows operation system is windows XP
Be sure to setup and run the device software under windows XP. Otherwise the device software and program can be broken or it will fail to work.
